Down on the Farm
Good Monday morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was extremely busy. In a good way. I was busy out taking pics for the entire day Saturday. A new client of mine is a bit anxious for more pics of their buildings after I delivered the first batch last Monday, so I was out the door before sunrise Saturday morning. The tough part about this job is that the buildings are all over Western Pennsylvania. So getting shots of their buildings involves a lot of time driving. It does, however, offer a lot of photo opportunities of places and things I would not normally see while en route to those buildings. Sunday, of course, I was processing ALL day.
Today’s shot was taken when I took a wrong turn and realized I was on what became a dirt road in the middle of a farm. The sky was gorgeous all day with beautiful clouds and blues and I saw this while turning the car around.
Once turned around, I hopped out of the car and got a few brackets. It was a great opportunity to try out my new Tamron 10-24mm lens as well. The only thing missing are the green colors of Spring!
I hope everyone has a great week.

Beauty of a shot, Rich!

Congrats on that new toy, bud. Sure does a fine job here.

Terrific scene Rich. Great sky and love that lone tree. I think that the brown grass really contrast well with that awesome sky. Well done.

You don’t need the greens of spring in this one, Rich. This is beautiful just as is. Nice wrong turn!
